Preparation:
1. Pre-melt fat and blend in lecithin
2. Add dry flavors
3. Combine sugar, water, corn syrup, whey, salt and sodium bicarbonate. Mix well.
4. Add to melted fat blend
5. Cook stovetop while stirring constantly to 295°F
6. Remove from heat, add liquid flavors and mix thoroughly
7. Deposit
