Preparation:
1. Blend dry ingredients together.
2. Add coconut milk and lime juice to dry mix.
3. Needle chicken breasts.
4. Add marinade and meat in a vacuum tumbler.
5. Pull vacuum to 15 mmHg and tumble at 10 r.p.m. for 60 minutes.
6. After tumbling vacuum pack raw meat and refrigerate or freeze.
7. Cooked products should be heated until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
