Buttermist® is a butter concentrate suspended in a premium vegetable oil and packaged in a pressurized container. One 17 oz. can of Buttermist provides the flavor of two pounds of butter

Buttermist® offers excellent performance as a quick pan-release spray. Just spray it on unheated cookware or bakeware for superior release power and easy cleaning. Buttermist® offers a very high smoke point of >450°F. Spray Buttermist® on the tops of rolls, bread or pastry prior to baking to give them a natural butter sheen and flavor.
