

Whole Wheat Banana Spice Squares
Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Prepare 18 x 26 sheet pan(s) with Buttermist Pan Spray.

| Cinnamon | 1 Tbsp | 2 Tbsp | |
| Liquefied ButterBuds Mix* | 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp | 1 cup | In a separate bowl, prepare liquefied ButterBuds according to instructions below. |
| Buttermilk, low fat | 2 cups | 4 cups | Stir in buttermilk, bananas and eggs. |
| Eggs (1) | 6 eggs | 12 eggs | Beat with mixer at low speed until well blended. |
| Ripe banana, mashed (2) | 1 cup | 2 cups | Gradually add dry ingredients and beat until well blended. |
| Portion size 3" x 2" serving | One pan cut 6 x 10 | Two pans cut 6 x 10 | Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake 20 - 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer pan to cooling rack. |
* Liquified ButterBuds: 1/2 cup = mix 1/4 cup dry ButterBuds with 1/2 cup warm water and stir. 1 Tbsp = mix 2 grams (1 teas) dry ButterBuds with 1 Tbsp warm water and stir.
