Use ButterFlo like liquid butter


• Saute, grill, pan fry, baste or bake
• Use on toast and English muffins
• Brush on top of rolls and bread
• Use on pasta, vegetables, rice, and seafood


Use ButterFlo as an ingredient

• Replace one part of shortening with one part of ButterFlo in any recipe
• Replace five parts of butter or margarine with four parts of ButterFlo and one part of water

ButterFlo has a melting Point of 100-110° F, and a smoking point of over 450° F.
