Butterscotch Brownies
5 cups all purpose flour
8 eggs
2 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Salt
7 cups brown sugar
2 ½ cups chopped walnuts
2 cups non-fat plain yogurt
2 oz. BUTTER BUDS

Mix yogurt and BUTTER BUDS together, then beat in eggs. Sift in flour and salt. Add vanilla and nuts. Spray bakery sheet pan with BUTTERMIST Pan Spray and pour batter into sheet pan. Bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees, for 20-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Serves approximately 100.
