cup reconstituted BUTTER BUDS
2 cups fat-free Mexican shredded cheese
2 cups flour
1 cup fat-free sour cream
1 Tbsp. Minced onion flakes
1 Tbsp. Chopped green chilies
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly spray muffin pan with BUTTERMIST
pan spray. In a large bowl, combine BUTTER
BUDS, cheese, flour, sour cream, onion flakes,
and green chilies; mix well.
Spoon batter into muffin pan and bake in
preheated oven for 20 minutes, until lightly
browned and cooked through.
