Preparation:
Sift and mix all dry ingredients together. Then combine ½ c oil and ½ c water into the center of the dry ingredients. Mix all ingredients together until the mixture becomes crumbly. Take part of the mixture and press together into 2 - 9 inch pie pans or 1 - 9 x 13 inch pan. After making the crust, top with pie filling (of your choice) and place remaining mixture on top of the fruit.
Bake at 350° until brown on top:
30-40 minutes convection oven; or
40-60 minutes standard oven.
