cups frozen broccoli florets
2 cups frozen carrot slices
¾ cup fat-free parmesan cheese
6 oz. linguini
1 cup fat-free sour cream
2 cups ALFREDO BUDS, (reconstituted)
Cook linguini according to package directions,
drain well. Lightly spray linguini with
BUTTERMIST Pan Spray.
Pour reconstituted ALFREDO BUDS into sauce
pan and heat, stirring sauce constantly
until creamy. Stir in sour cream; add ½
cup of parmesan cheese; mix well. Combine
linguini with vegetable sauce; mix well.
Place the mixture on platter and sprinkle
with parmesan cheese.
