Turkey Meatloaf
6 lbs. Ground turkey
1 container Egg Beaters (2 cups)
2 cups pizza sauce
1- 4 oz. package BUTTER BUDS
16 oz. Italian bread crumbs
2 cups green pepper
4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
3 cloves garlic

Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, Egg Beaters, and BUTTER BUDS.

In a food processor, puree vegetables and add to turkey mixture. Spray a piece of aluminum foil with BUTTERMIST pan spray and flatten the turkey mixture to one inch thickness.

Spread pizza sauce and cheese on top of turkey mixture and roll in a jelly roll fashion. Seal the seams with water and bake until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees, about 1 to 1 ½ hours.
