cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
2 cups frozen cauliflower florets, thawed
and drained
1 ½ cups frozen baby carrots, thawed
and drained
1 cup reconstituted CHEDDAR BUDS
8 oz. turkey ham, diced
2 Tbsp. fat-free seasoned bread crumbs*
Place broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
in colander and drain well; thaw completely.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly spray
9x13-inch baking dish with BUTTERMIST pan
spray. Arrange vegetables in baking dish
and toss lightly to mix. Pour ¾ cup
CHEDDAR BUDS over top and mix lightly; drizzle
remaining CHEDDAR BUDS on top. Sprinkle
top with bread crumbs and bake in preheated
oven 10-15 minutes, until top is lightly
brown.

*crushed fat-free seasoned croutons can
be used for bread crumbs.
