Vegetable Alfredo Lasagna
1 cup diced green pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced red onions
1 package lasagna noodles
1 package chopped spinach
1 cup shredded carrots
2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. ALFREDO BUDS
1 lb. Non-fat cottage cheese

Mix reconstituted ALFREDO BUDS with 16 oz. of hot water and stir until smooth. Stir in remaining water to make a smooth sauce. Saute vegetables in BUTTERMIST pan spray; set aside.

Spray BUTTERMIST pan spray into a 2 inch deep baking pan. Cover bottom of pan with sauce and place three lasagna noodles on top of sauce. Layer half of the vegetable mixture. Top with ½ cup of cheese. Place another layer of noodles, drained cottage cheese and vegetables. Top with ½ cup cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. Top with cheese.

Bake 350 degrees until cheese browns (approximately 45 minutes to an hour).
