Mix reconstituted ALFREDO BUDS with 16
oz. of hot water and stir until smooth.
Stir in remaining water to make a smooth
sauce. Saute vegetables in BUTTERMIST pan
spray; set aside.
Spray BUTTERMIST pan spray into a 2 inch
deep baking pan. Cover bottom of pan with
sauce and place three lasagna noodles on
top of sauce. Layer half of the vegetable
mixture. Top with ½ cup of cheese.
Place another layer of noodles, drained
cottage cheese and vegetables. Top with
½ cup cheese. Repeat layers with
remaining ingredients. Top with cheese.
Bake 350 degrees until cheese browns (approximately
45 minutes to an hour).
