Sift together dry BUTTER
BUDS, flour, baking powder and salt.
Combine oil, buttermilk,
brown sugar and egg whites; beat until light.
Add liquid mixture to dry
ingredients, just until moistened; stir
in walnuts.
Bake in half sheet pan that
has been sprayed with BUTTERMIST pan spray,
in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30-35
minutes, until lightly browned. Cool and
cut into squares.
