Preparation:
Preheat convection oven to 350°F. Spray 13 x 9 inch baking pan with Buttermist Pan Spray*. Combine dry ingredients in medium-size bowl. In separate bowl, combine Butter Buds, buttermilk, bananas, and eggs. Beat at low speed with electric mixer 1 minute. Gradually add dry ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 35 - 40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Transfer pan to cooling rack. When fully cooled, spread with Delicious Whipped Topping.
