Cheese Concentrates

Cheese Buds® are concentrated cheese flavors made with real cheese. Utilizing our proprietary enzyme-modification process, we unlock the hidden, potent flavor of cheese to create powdered flavors that are as much as 40 times the flavor strength of real cheese. Cheese Buds® add rich cheesy flavor while improving the nutritional profile of a variety of applications.

Concentrated Cheese Blends

X-Blends are a unique line of concentrated cheese blends designed to replace spray-dried cheese or cheese powder blends. Produced from a blend of cultured and enzyme-modified cheese solids with whey and buttermilk solids, X-Blends deliver up to five times the flavor strength of commodity spray-dried cheeses/cheese blends.
